June Ipsy Pouch!

Hi everyone! I am so happy to do another Ipsy blog post for you. Now, if you read my last Ipsy pouch  I was not too happy. But this time I am super happy with everything I got. So let's get started!

Let's talk about the pouch that everything came in.

The first thing that came to my mind when I saw this bag was it is super cute! I love the pineapples and the color scheme. I also really like the size of the pouch. The reason why is because this is the perfect pouch to throw a couple of lip glosses in and then throw it in your bag. Another really cool thing is that this bag was designed by Rebecca Minkoff. Now I love Rebecca Minkoff purses, I have always wanted one so when I saw that this bag was designed by her, it made me love the bag even more.

Now onto the products!

The first product is the Dove Pure Care Dry Oil For Hair

I am super excited about this product. This seems like a great product for anyone who has super dry brittle hair. You can just put this on the ends and hopefully your hair will be a little bit smoother. I love trying out different hair oils because even though every hair oil seems the same, they all affect every one's hair differently. Also, most oils do not have a scent but this smells like baby oil. Plus, this is a great sample size. I will definitely let you know how I like this product.

The next product is the Be a Bombshell Mascara in Lash Out

This mascara came right in time because I am running out of my Falsies and Colossal mascaras. Overall, the brush seems okay. I normally go for a bigger brush but we will see. I will let you know if this is a good mascara or not a good one.

The next product is the NYX Lip Butter in Apple Strudel

Now I already have this color but I am happy I have another one. You all know how much I love this product. It is the perfect lip color for summer. I highly recommend these.

The next product is the Nickak Shimmer Eyeliner in Blue

I am so happy about this product. If any of you read my Summer Must Haves. Than you would know that I love blue eye liner for the summer. I think blue eye liner makes every ones eye color pop. Plus this is more of a turquoise than a blue color. It seems pretty pigmented with this swatch but I will let you all know if it is easy to apply.

The last and final product is a perfume and it is the RealTree for her

Now I do not know about you but I love perfume. It makes me happy. This perfume smells so nice. I will try my best to describe it. It is a floral scent but kinda musky. I do not know what I can say it is similar to but it's a nice scent. Sorry that was such a bad description of this perfume. But I really like that this perfume sample came with a pump and not without a pump.

So those are all the products that I got in my June Ipsy bag. Overall, I am really happy with all the products that I got this month. My favorite products that I got were the Dove hair oil and the Nickak eye liner.

I hope you all enjoyed this blog post. I am not sponsored by Ipsy, I subscribed with my own money. Have a wonderful day/evening!

Carpe Diem,
Sophia

Invisible Illness Series: Support

Hello everyone! Today's blog post is going to be a little emotional but I feel like it will probably help so many of you all. One thing I have noticed with having Endometriosis is how many people just do not get it. They do not understand why I am constantly in pain. They think that the pain that I am experiencing on a daily basis is something that everyone experiences. It is not. People who suffer from chronic pain can go hours at a time in excruciating pain that honestly is indescribable. And even then if people physically see you in pain, they do not care. They just think you are either faking it or being over dramatic. Well to those people I have this to say, you should be ashamed of yourself. Why would anyone fake being in agony for hours at a time. Why would anyone feel the need to be stuck in bed for a long time just because they just "don't feel like getting up". I have a feeling that many of you have experienced people like that in your life. Well let m

Review: Victoria Secret Seamless Racerback Bra

Hey everyone! So I never see anyone reviewing sports bras! So today I decided to review one! Now I HATE sport bras. Every sports bra that I have ever tried either suffocates my boobs (TMI...sorry!) or they are way to lose to support my boobs when I am working out. Now I am addicted to Victoria Secret Pink. I absolutely love every thing they have. I own way to much stuff from them so when I saw this new sports bra, I had to try it. It is the  Victoria Secret Pink Seamless Racerback Bra ! First Impression: I got it in the tie dye color in blue. When I first got it in the mail, the first thing I thought was how soft it was. Then I saw that it was a very thin material. I thought it was going to be a little thicker like most sports bras. I was kinda afraid that it will show my nips. (TMI!) I got it in a medium. First Time Wearing It: The first time I wore it was not to work out but to school. I got so many compliments from my friends. They all thought it was different because of

Book Review: Bones Never Lie by Kathy Reichs

Another book review!? Yes! Today I have another book review for you all and it is going to be a good one! So this novel was one of the galleys that my mom got for me at BEA. (Book Expo America) Just a warning is that this novel does not come out until September 23. But you can always pre-order it if you are interested. The novel is called  Bones Never Lie by Kathy Reichs .  Now I will give you a little background about why I read this book. When I was in 6th grade, my Biology teacher put on the show Bones for us to watch. And from that day to 10th grade, I wanted to be a forensic anthropologist. Now to this day I love forensics, I think it is super fascinating but I am just not good at biology. Anyways, the show Bones was based off of Kathy Reichs and her life as a forensic anthropologist. Now a forensic anthropologist is someone who studies human bones and  figures out what happened to that person. How they died, if they were murdered, did they have any health problems, stuff
