Why is Coconut Oil So Great For You?

For the past year, Coconut Oil has been talked about all around the blogging community as well as the YouTube community. I first heard of Coconut Oil from Rachel Talbott who is a Youtuber. She first described using Coconut Oil in her hair and for a while I was really interested in what Coconut Oil was and why is it so great for you.

What is Coconut Oil?
Coconut Oil is oil from a coconut! There is no chemicals, no added ingredients, it's just plain Coconut Oil.

What is Coconut Oil Used For?

-Getting rid of stretch marks

Downside of Coconut Oil?
You can eat a teaspoon or more of Coconut Oil. But if you are trying to lose weight, than it would not be a good idea to eat a lot of Coconut Oil. Each teaspoon of Coconut Oil has 120 calories. Since your body needs good fats, but if you get your fats from Coconut Oil, you will be missing some important fibers and other nutrients. (More Info! )

Overall I think everyone should get Coconut Oil. Since there are so many benefits to Coconut Oil and not many downsides, plus it is not that expensive, it's a win win. I did tell you all how I made my stretch marks go away! (Here)

Here are all the websites I used to find information:

Battle of the BB Creams!

Hello everyone! Now as you all can tell, I love the Battle of the series. The reason why is because I can review a bunch of products for you all in one blog post. Since it is summer and not many of you want to wear a ton of make up, I thought I would tell you my favorite BB creams. I also want to let you know that there might not be many blog posts in the month of July. The reason is because I am in college at the moment and I am super busy. I will try to put up as many as I can but I just want to let you all know! :) I hoped you all had a wonderful June! What is a BB cream?    Now BB stands for blemish balm. A BB cream is supposed to have a moisturizer, primer, concealer, skin treatment and foundation all in one. BB creams have been all the rage for a while now but not many people talk about them anymore.   NOW LET'S GET READY TO RUMBLE! Round 1: This is the  L'oreal Magic Skin Beautifier BB Cream . This BB cream was one of the first BB creams that ...

Must Have Nail Polish for Spring!

Hi everyone! I hope you all are doing well. Now that I have started talking about spring, I am so ready for it!  My last post  was about my favorite spring trends for 2014 and today I want to talk about nail polish! I love nail polish. It makes me so happy when I am writing notes and all of a sudden I look down and see my nails painted in a pretty color. It brightens my day! It's all about the small things in life. Essie's Play Date This color just screams spring to me. This is one of my all time favorite nail polishes and every time spring and summer comes around, this is the first nail polish I put on.  You're Such a Budapest This color is gorgeous. I do not personally own this color....yet! I will be getting it this spring because this is like a lavender/periwinkle purple. This color is a perfect color to transition color from winter to spring. Essie's Sand Tropez  This is another color that I don't own.....but I will. I honestly think ...

First Impression: Sephora Favorites Meet Your Match!

Hello everyone! I am super excited to be doing my first first impression blog post! Yay! Now I got this a while ago but I have not really touched it or played around with it. A first impression is basically my opinion on these products and how I think of them the first time I swatch them, use them , stuff like that. Now this is a value set from Sephora and it is the  Sephora Favorites Meet Your Match .  Now this was pretty popular among some YouTubers a while back and I really liked the products and wanted to try them and it was only $25 for 6 sample size products. Which I thought was a pretty good deal.  Packaging:  I love the packaging. I thought it stands out because of the bright colors and the interesting print on the cardboard. I also love the concept of matching you lip gloss to your nail polish. I thought it was a really fun idea for summer.  Match 1: This is the first lip product that I want to tell you all about an...
