My Updated Skin Care Routine

Hey Everyone! You all might have been wondering what actually happened to my blog but honestly I just needed to focus on school. But I have missed my blog so much and I am ready to start it back up again. I hope you all had a wonderful end of the year as well as a happy new year! I can not believe that it is 2016 and I am so excited for this new year! 2015 had some ups as well as some downs but honestly I grew as a person and I cannot wait to grow some more in 2016. That is all for the intro and now I would like to tell you about my skin and my new skin care routine. During winter break, I began working almost every day since I got home from school except working on Christmas. Over the summer I got a job at Pandora and I absolutely love it. But working over time is very draining to say the least. About a week before Christmas I started to notice some spots on my chin. Now I have dry to combination skin. I rarely get pimples or break outs. And if I ever have pimples, I t...

October Ipsy!

Hey Everyone! I finally have another Ipsy post for you all! I am super excited to start doing my Ipsy posts again. Now this one is super late because it was delivered to my house and not my dorm so I got it super late. But it is here and I am excited to show you all what I got! So here is the pouch that all the goodies came in. I really like the color. Its not really a fall color though. It is more of a spring color but that is okay. I also like how square it is because I can use it in my purse or backpack. That is what I normally use the pouches for.  Now onto the products! This is a product by Indie Lee. It is a brightening cleanser. Apparently it is 100% all natural and it is paraben free and phthalate free. When I got this I was super excited because I absolutely love cleansers and any skin care products. Skin care is extremely important to me and just trying different types of brands and products are exciting to me. When I smelled it, it smelled like a grap...

The Importance of Moisturizing!

Hi everyone!  Sorry I have been MIA for the past couple of days. The reason why is because I got my wisdom teeth out and I have been busy with school as well. So I apologize, but I will get back to blogging every other day. Since I for disappeared for a couple of days, I decided to do a blog post on moisturizer. My friends ask me a lot about my skin care routine and why moisturizer is so important. So this is for them! What is the point of moisturizer?  The point of moisturizers is to re apply the moisture that was taken out of your skin after you washed your face. There are a couple of different kinds of moisturizers; a light moisturizer, a deep moisturizer, and a regular moisturizer. It really depends on your skin type whether you have dry, oily, or combo skin.  Moisturizer is the last step in your skin care routine. You should moisturize morning and night.  Why do we need to moisturize?  The reason we have to moisturize is to just re apply ...

Bye Bye Acne !

Hellooooo Everyone! (Said in a really bad British accent) I hope you all are having a great weekend. I thought I would continue with the Bye Bye series and today I will be talking about acne! Now I will admit that I do not have really bad acne and that is because I follow these tips. On top of that when I recommend these tips to my friends, after a couple of weeks, their acne is not as bad as before. 1) Always take your make up off at night! The reason why you need to do this is that your face needs to breathe. If you are wearing make up, touching your face with your hands, and having all the pollution in the air, your skin is suffocating. That is why you need to either wash your face or use a make up wipe before you go to bed. The reason why is when you sleep, your skin can breathe and your skin also does not look dull if you do this.  2) Drink a lot of water! Water is AMAZING for your skin. It's also amazing for your whole body but it is also amazing fo...
