March Ipsy Bag 2015!

Hi Everyone!
I am finally doing another Ipsy bag review! The reason why it is so late is because it was mailed to my house and I could not get it until I visited my parents.  I know it is late but this Ipsy bag is a good one so I had to review it!

This is my March Ipsy bag and I am super excited about it. I specifically did not look up any unboxings because I wanted it to be a surprise. I was super disappointed with my February Ipsy bag and that is why I did not review it.

I absolutely love this bag. I think it is so stunning and pretty and the pattern is gorgeous. The only issue I have with this pouch is that the pattern is not on the back, only the front. It would be even cuter if the pattern was on both sides. But overall, I wish all of the Ipsy pouches were patterns!

Now onto the products!

This is the Dr. Brandt Anti-Aging Mattifying Lotion. When I first saw this, I was impressed with the sample size but than I held it up to the sun and there was barely any product in there. I was really disappointed. I also do not really need any anti-aging cream because I am only 18 so I will probably give this product to my mom.

This is the Pur-ilsse Gentle Soft Milk Cleanser. I am so excited about this cleanser because I have beem testing out a bunch of different cleansers to see which one is the best. I had used the Pur-ilsse SPF and it was so gentle and soft and did not break me out. Also, this is a really good sample size as well, it seems like it will last for a while.

I have been wanting to try out a new concealer for a while. I have not been loving my concealers any more and I feel that they make me have more bags than I actually do. So when I saw this Boo-Boo Cover Up, I was super pumped. The only thing is that it looks a little to yellow but that is okay, I bet I can make it work. As long as it is a good concealer and can cover up my bags than I am good. I will keep you all updated if I like this concealer or not.

I think I screamed a little when I found out that this was a highlighter. At first I thought this was an eyeshadow so I was disappointed but than I realized it was a highlighter and I was super excited. You all know my obsession with highlighters. I have never tried a pink highlighter but I tried this product out this morning and I fell in love. This highlighter is super subtle and is not super shimmery. This is the perfect every day highlighter. Loving the Vintage Illuminating Face Highlighter in Crystal Pink.

This color gives me LIFE! I love the NYX Butter Lipsticks because they are so creamy and moisturizing and not drying. Plus the colors lasts for a very long time and when it goes away, it leaves a nice tint. This color is in Hunk and it is the perfect spring color. So I will definitely be wearing this lipstick a lot for spring.

That is my March Ipsy Bag! I loved this months Ipsy bag! I am not going to lie, I have not been loving my Ipsy bags that much and I was even going to unsubscribe but this bag really changed my mind. Keep it up Ipsy!

I hope you all enjoyed this blog post. The next one will b my March Favorites! I hope you have a wonderful day/evening!

Carpe Diem,
Sophia

Invisible Illness Series: Support

Hello everyone! Today's blog post is going to be a little emotional but I feel like it will probably help so many of you all. One thing I have noticed with having Endometriosis is how many people just do not get it. They do not understand why I am constantly in pain. They think that the pain that I am experiencing on a daily basis is something that everyone experiences. It is not. People who suffer from chronic pain can go hours at a time in excruciating pain that honestly is indescribable. And even then if people physically see you in pain, they do not care. They just think you are either faking it or being over dramatic. Well to those people I have this to say, you should be ashamed of yourself. Why would anyone fake being in agony for hours at a time. Why would anyone feel the need to be stuck in bed for a long time just because they just "don't feel like getting up". I have a feeling that many of you have experienced people like that in your life. Well let m

Review: Victoria Secret Seamless Racerback Bra

Hey everyone! So I never see anyone reviewing sports bras! So today I decided to review one! Now I HATE sport bras. Every sports bra that I have ever tried either suffocates my boobs (TMI...sorry!) or they are way to lose to support my boobs when I am working out. Now I am addicted to Victoria Secret Pink. I absolutely love every thing they have. I own way to much stuff from them so when I saw this new sports bra, I had to try it. It is the  Victoria Secret Pink Seamless Racerback Bra ! First Impression: I got it in the tie dye color in blue. When I first got it in the mail, the first thing I thought was how soft it was. Then I saw that it was a very thin material. I thought it was going to be a little thicker like most sports bras. I was kinda afraid that it will show my nips. (TMI!) I got it in a medium. First Time Wearing It: The first time I wore it was not to work out but to school. I got so many compliments from my friends. They all thought it was different because of

Book Review: Bones Never Lie by Kathy Reichs

Another book review!? Yes! Today I have another book review for you all and it is going to be a good one! So this novel was one of the galleys that my mom got for me at BEA. (Book Expo America) Just a warning is that this novel does not come out until September 23. But you can always pre-order it if you are interested. The novel is called  Bones Never Lie by Kathy Reichs .  Now I will give you a little background about why I read this book. When I was in 6th grade, my Biology teacher put on the show Bones for us to watch. And from that day to 10th grade, I wanted to be a forensic anthropologist. Now to this day I love forensics, I think it is super fascinating but I am just not good at biology. Anyways, the show Bones was based off of Kathy Reichs and her life as a forensic anthropologist. Now a forensic anthropologist is someone who studies human bones and  figures out what happened to that person. How they died, if they were murdered, did they have any health problems, stuff
